Catenary Parts

All connecting devices between various catenary wires, wires and supporting structures, and supporting structures and pillars are collectively referred to as catenary parts.

Part classification

(I) catenary parts can be divided into:

1.Suspension parts: suspension clues and bar parts, such as hook head saddle, lifting line clip, single and double cross-bearing cable clip, etc.

2.Positioning parts: parts that fix the position of the bearing cable and the contact line, such as positioning clamp, support device, locator, etc.3.Connecting parts: connecting parts, such as binaural connector, casing hinge ring, connecting plate, connector clamp, etc.

4.Anchor parts: the anchor parts of each bearing thread terminal, such as wedge clip, terminal anchor clip, anchor and anchor Angle steel, etc.

5.Compensating parts: anchor compensating tension regulating parts, such as compensating pulley, fixing pulley device, weight bar, etc.

6.Supporting parts: supporting parts, such as rotating wrist arm base, rotating wrist arm pull rod base, wrist arm, etc.7.Electrical connector: a part that ACTS as an electrical connector, such as an electrical connector clamp.

Second, the use of parts requirements

Before use, in addition to checking whether the catenary parts conform to the model and specifications, the appearance inspection should also be carried out on the parts, which should meet the following requirements:

1.The surface should be smooth and clean, without cracks, burrs, sand holes, bubbles and other defects.2.The moving parts of the parts should be flexible and connected with no barrier.

2.Where the parts through hot dip galvanized, zinc layer should be uniform, no fall off, rust phenomenon.4.Welding parts should be continuously solid, no virtual welding, fake welding and other phenomena.
